Description
Obelisks, or tekhenu to ancient Egyptians, first appeared in Ancient Egypt in about 2500 BCE. Characterized by a four-sided square base that tapers into an isosceles pyramid at the top, obelisks initially symbolized rebirth and were often erected in pairs as funerary monuments. The shape itself represents the transformation between the physical and spiritual realms.
The Tiger Eye Obelisk is a stone of perceiving, rooting the physical body and aligning the chakras, and opening the third eye before astral traveling.
