Copper is well known for having anti-inflammatory qualities, such as reducing swelling and stiff joints. It is also helpful with collagen production, which decreases as we age. Copper conducts and grounds energy, clears negativity, harmonizes and balances our chakras. It is often associated with personal protection and resilience to external inputs.
We are selling these spheres in pairs because we find them to be most useful to our clients. Holding one sphere in each hand is a powerful meditative practice to ground and dispel discordant energies. This practice will also balance the right and left sides of your body.
